I am a graduate of The University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!) in Early Childhood Education. I have been
teaching kindergarten and first grades for the past seventeen years! This is my eighteenth year
teaching and my thirteeth year being a Tritt Tiger teacher and it is truly a honor to be teaching at such
an amazing school! I have one son, Max, who is seven years old and beginning his second grade year in
Mrs. Benson's class! He is a wonderful little boy and always enjoys getting to know my new
kindergartners! My husband, Shannon, owns his own business related to the golf industry and
publishes a golf magazine, Golf Georgia.
I love cats, chocolate, spending time with my family and friends and of course teaching! In my
free time, I enjoy playing a little golf, jogging, hiking and love to shop any chance I get!
I am passionate about my job as a kindergarten teacher and love watching my kindergartners bloom
into life long learners! I am looking forward to working with your child and getting to know each of
your families this year!!
