News to You:
  • The Book Fair is next week. A flyer came home in their Monday folders advertising some books that will be available! You are welcome to join us on Wednesday the 18th from 12:00-12:20 to view the books.
  • Please bring in all your spare change to donate to "One For Books" charity. We are raising money to buy books for Norton Park Elementary School. Also the top 3 classes who bring in the most money get $100 to spend on their classroom at our book fair! So throw some change in a bag, write your child's name on it, write my name on it, and then send it in to school!
  • Their IOWA test scores were in their Monday folders (sealed in a white envelope). If you have any questions please look at the pamphlet first, however if still confused don't hesitate to email me! We can figure it out together!
  • Don't forget to practice multiplication facts (addition and subtraction too if your child hasn't mastered those) nightly. This is part of nightly homework.
  • You may have noticed something new for Spelling Homework on Monday. This is due on Friday.
  • Check out my new spelling page on the Spelling City website! This is a great way for your child to practice using the patterns of our weekly sort. They can take practice tests, play games, and hear how to spell the words! http://www.spellingcity.com/View-user-profile.html?user=246439
