Four
Square Champions
Each year East Side P.E. holds it's annual Four
Sqaure Tournament for the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. To qualify for the
tournament you must hold serve for 10 serves in a row during qualifying games.
The students from each class that qualify for the tournament compete against
their classmates in a tournament game that marks the end of the Four Square
Unit. A boy and girl champion from each class in determined by who has the
most total serves in the tournament game.

MARATHON
PARTICIPANTS
Following Field Day the top boy and girl runner
from each class competes against other top runners from within their grade
level in the Marathon. The marathon consists of a 1/4 mile run for all grade
levels. The following students qualified for the marathon this year (Spring
2010). Those students whose name is highlighted blue
placed 1st, red
placed 2nd, and yellow
placed 3rd. Congratualtions to
all runners for your achievements!
