• Entries must be on plain white computer paper.
• Outline everything in black.
• Use markers, not colored pencils or crayons.
• May only use 3 colors. Black and white do not count as colors.
• Must say East Side Jingle Jog somewhere.
• Must have Jingle Jog date somewhere, December 5th, 2009.
• Must have artist's name somewhere.
