We are very, very thankful for you all!!! Our Holiday Customs rotations where we visit different countries has been so much fun. We hop on the "plane" in the morning and fly off to learn about different celebrations. The children are making it up after they get back to East Side room 106 from their travels. This is quite a busy time of the year. We are exchanging holiday cards for 23 classes in different parts of our country and one in Canada. We got our first one from Mississippi. It is exciting to see where they come from. We are using Google Earth to see where they come from. If you are at school, look outside our room where we have them displayed. Thanks for the gingerbread supplies also. (Don't panic they are not due until next week.) If you can come to the holiday party, we would love to see you. You will sing "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" in sign language for you. We will not be doing a skit but you are always welcome here!! Thanks for sending in the dirt in the small bags. It is amazing how different the dirt is!
