Students in 4th and 5th grade Target continue to bring in bridge postcards from around the world as we strive to get a bridge postcard from each continent. We have received about 250 postcards, since initiating our contest in September. Our deadline is December 10th.
By the way the school we are competing with (Due West Elementary) has 450 postcards. Let’s keep our efforts strong and continue to ask friends and family for bridge postcards. It’s been so much fun and a great component to our bridge research, identification of bridges, and our understanding of the bridge biographies. As well, we have gained lots of new skills in geography. Thanks to all the students and parents who have participated and continue to help us meet our goal.
