<DIV align=justify><BR><BR>The purpose of the After School Program (ASP) is to provide a fun and safe environment for your child. The After School Program is a privilege and each child is expected to behave properly. The same behavior expectations apply in ASP as during the regular school day. </STRONG></FONT><FONT color=#0000ff size=5><STRONG>Students are provided a snack, outdoor time, and homework time. Students are supervised by Cobb County ASP employees and East Side staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</STRONG> </DIV>
<DIV align=justify>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV align=justify></FONT><FONT color=#0000ff size=5><STRONG>The After School Program is a pre-pay program. All payments are due on the morning that your child plans to attend. The cost of ASP is $7.00 per day/per child. You may pay by the day, week or month (it is a good idea to pay ahead just in case of an emergency). There is a $10.00 per child annual registration fee, this fee is due at the time of registration. Completed registration form is required before a student may stay in ASP.<BR></STRONG></FONT></DIV>
<P align=justify><FONT color=#0000ff size=5><STRONG>The After School Program ends at 6:00 p.m. There is a one dollar per minute/per child late fee. Three late pick-ups are grounds for dismissal from the program. If you realize you will be late, please call the ASP desk person to inform them you are running late.<BR><BR>If school should close early for any reason -- <SPAN style="COLOR: #ff0000"><SPAN style="COLOR: #ff0000">THERE IS NO ASP - Students will be sent home based on Inclement Weather forms completed by parents and on file with homeroom teachers.<BR></SPAN></SPAN></STRONG></FONT></P>
