    difficulties with the HW problems:

    - p. 113-116 Section 4.6
    NOTE:  Most of the assigned HW problems are "easy" enough that you could 
    complete them without need to read the background information related to 
    the HW problems.

    3.  The reductionist perspective of studying science / biosphere
    4.  The scientific method and science literacy.

    Word process your work.  Indicate the source for the information of
    each item indicated above.  DUE:  Friday, Nov.  20, 2009.

2.  From Chem text:

    -p. 103 #4.8, 4.12, 4.14
    -p. 107 #4.16, 4.18, 4.20, 4.22 (include the questions for 4.16 & 4.18)
    
    Also, read pgs 94 to 107, but only if you're having difficulties with
