I've been teaching for 19 years now, 15 of those being at Maryknoll High 
School.  When I first started, there was no Coalition of Essential Schools 
at Maryknoll, and the change has been great!  The redesign of our school 
allows us to actively engage in the 10 Common Principles of the Coalition:
