Homework

June 4, 2008

Dear Students,

Mahalo for the hard work and dedication you've put forth towards learning
about U.S. History this trimester. It is my hope that you have a deeper
understanding of what it meant to be an American in the past, what it means to
be an Americans now, and what we can be as Americans in the future. I also
want you to walk away with an appreciation for all of the great Americans who
came before us and fought for many of the freedoms we now have.

I also want to thank you for making my first year here at Maryknoll High
School a very positive experience. All of you are very special people with
your own unique strengths. Please use them to your advantage when continuing
your education here and elsewhere. I wish all of you the best and hope to be
your teacher once again in the future.

Mahalo Nui Loa,

Mr. Medeiros
