Announcements

 
This year we've implemented the Presidential Fitness Program. Students will 
practice sit-ups, push-ups, and running on a daily basis. A test will be 
given bi-quarterly to measure progress. Scores are scaled and a grade is 
given. This test is 10% of the students grade. Students can practice at home 
to get better.
