Standards and Benchmarks

According to the Mason City Community School District in Mason City, IA the 
following standards are covered through this activity:

V.Understands Human Interaction:

   V.II. Understands how groups influence society.
   V.III. Understands how institutions influence society.

Iowa is a state that allows each individual school district to adopt its own 
standards and benchmarks.
