What is your grading scale?

A+(98-100)   B+(89-87)   C+(79-77)   D+(69-67)   F (59-0)
A (97-93)    B (86-83)   C (76-73)   D (66-63)

Will you send progress reports home?

Yes, Snap Grades will be updated each Thursday and an updated 
progress report will be send via e-mail to all parents. I will 
send all completed graded work home on Monday so the parent may 
go over these assignments with their students.

Can I meet with the teacher if I have a concern?

If you wish to see me for any reason regarding your child�s 
development or educational needs, please feel free to schedule a 
meeting with me. The best time to discuss your child�s needs is 
between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

What do I do if my child is absent from school?

If your child misses a school day please send a note with your 
child when they return to school also call the office before 
8:00am. School starts at 8:00 a.m., it will be considered a 
tardy if your child arrives after 8:00. Any concerns regarding 
your child�s attendance record can be discussed with the school 
office.

Will my child have homework?

Your child may have work to complete each weeknight Monday-
Thursday. No new work will be given to your child. They will only 
need to complete their classroom work. Students may have homework 
occasionally over the weekend to complete research projects or 
special reports.

Can I help in my child's homeroom?

I encourage parents or guardians to be activity involved with 
their child�s education. I have an open classroom policy - All 
parents or guardians are welcome to volunteer to assist in the 
classroom at anytime. Please check in at the front office and 
obtain a visitors pass before proceeding to the classroom.
