I have taught at Dirksen for over 15 years. I started as a sixth grade
teacher for most of my career and then moved into technology about 3 years
ago. I love being able to help students be creative and to improve their
knowledge in a way other than paper and pencil work.
I have 3 adult children Dan who is a Project Manager and is married to
Kendra, Tim who is serving in the US Navy over in Japan and Jaime who just
graduated from Northern Illinois University with an Honors degree in
Education. I also have two dogs, Murphy the Boxer and Clutch
the Cockerspainel. I love to go boating during the summer. We have a 29 foot
Powerquest that gives us a great deal of fun and relaxation.
To improve ISAT scores and to help students learn and create with the use of
technology.
