Congratulations to Mrs. Jane Bach-Brummitt, 2012 Golden Apple Winner

Every spring, the teachers at CJHS have the opportunity to nominate a colleague for being an exemplary educator.  Once the nominations are collected, information revealing the nominee’s identification is redacted.  The nominations are then given to Superintendent Tony Ingold, Associate Superintendent Scott Estes and Special Education Director Eric Scroggs to select a winner.  The winner this year was Mrs. Jane Bach-Brummitt, who teaches 8th grade science.  Mrs. Bach was nominated by Mrs. Angie Poole.  Congratulations to Mrs. Bach for being chosen as the 2011-2012 Golden Apple Award recipient!

Dress Code
Please remember that the dress code for CJHS may be found in the parent/student handbook on pages 17 and 18. Issues that are most frequent are holes in jeans that are too high, short skirts and shorts, and bagging pants. Please help us by checking your student's attire before leaving the house. Students who are not in compliance with the dress code will have the option to change into their PE uniform or call home for clothes to be brought into school. Thanks for your help in maintaining a respectful learning environment!!
