May 2012 News:

My 8th grade Science class will be finishing the school year with a Electricity Unit. They will learn about static electricity, open, series, and closed circuits.  They will be learning about the important vocabulary for this unit.  The students will also focus on listening and reading comprehension skills. 

My 6th grade math class will learn about integers: 
1. We will be learning the absolute value of a number.
2. We will be comparing integers. 
3. We will be adding and subtracting integers.
