This is my 18th year teaching second grade at Shute School. Prior to that I
taught second grade for five years in District #150. I grew up in Iowa,
received my bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University, and
my master's degree from Aurora University.
I reside in East Peoria with my husband, two children, and my Shi Tzu named
Cooper. My son is a student at Iowa State University, and my daughter
attends East Peoria Community High School.
