Boys will be running outside each and every Thursday. They will either be
timed runs, mile runs, or monitored runs.
Remember that you need to pay your $5.00 for the heart rate monitor
bands. You must also purchase a uniform if you do not have one already.
Order forms are in the office.
Rental uniforms are available each day for $.50 for either a shirt or pair
of shorts.

Remember that you need to lock your lockers each day.
Remember Exercise journals are due the first school day of each month.
Boys will be working the first week on the heart rate monitors.
You must have a physical if you are trying out for a sport.
