Dear Hynes Band Parents,
Sorry to flash you again, but I just found out that our after school band rehearsal today will be
held at Hynes, not at Golf. If you normally pick up your child after band, please come to Hynes at
4:00. If your child normally takes the bus, nothing will change for them. If your child normally
walks from Golf, he/she will take the bus unless we hear from you. Thank you for your flexibility,
and sorry for the last minute change! Also....
Just wanted to flash a reminder to you that the District Band and Chorus Fall Concert is this
Thursday, November 20 at 7:00 PM at Golf. Students are expected to arrive by 6:30 wearing their
music department polo shirt, black pants, black socks or hose, and black shoes. The Hynes students
should report to the multipurpose room. Students are asked to stay for the entire concert. We are
looking forward to performing our first concert for you! See you there!
