Message from the Principal

Welcome to the Hiawatha PreK-8 School Website. I hope that everyone is reenergized after Spring Break for last stretch of 4th quarter filled with learning. Remember to sharpen study skills and focus on completing assignments. I encourage parents and guardians to be involved with their students’ education. Communication amongst students, parents, and the school is very important. I look forward to a great finish to the 2013/2014 school year. We will set high yet attainable expectations for all students in order for them to gain the skills necessary to become successful not only academically but in their homes, and communities. We plan to build upon our already strong foundation across all academic disciplines in order to support a seamless curriculum with all grade levels. Please feel free to contact me regarding any questions and/or concerns.
