The 2009-2010 Hillel Torah Discount Cards Have Arrived!

 

In order to earn credit for our class trips, our popular Hillel Torah Discount Cards will be sold by our 7^th and 8^th graders.  This fundraiser is ongoing throughout the school year. Cards are $12.00 a piece, and our students will receive $10.00 credit per card.  Following is our procedure to buy the cards:

1.      Each student has a copy of the card.

2.      The student will show the copy to a customer.

3.      The student will collect money for the card(s). Checks are made out to Hillel Torah; cash is also acceptable.

4.      When money is turned into me, I will give student the card(s) to deliver.

Our 8^th graders will have the opportunity to earn money by wrapping

books for customers on Sunday, November 29^th from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.,

at Barnes & Noble at Old Orchard.   They will work for tips, and the credit

will be divided by the students who wrap.  Students can sign up for one hour

shifts and should arrive at Barnes & Noble ten minutes before their shift

begins.   All permission forms must be turned into Mrs. Kopin by 
 Monday, November 23^rd.

Sign up for the 8^th grade list that will go out to the Hillel Torah Community.  Families will contact you directly to make arrangements.

All money will be donated to your credit for your class trip and graduation.  Checks should be made out to Hillel Torah.

Ø   ALL orders must be turned into Mrs. Kopin by Monday, September 21^st.  Orders can be given to her earlier.

Ø   Give the first page (with the picture) to your customer. 

Ø   On the first page, circle the store where your customer ordered the set.  This will remind them where and when to puck up their order.

Ø   Give Mrs. Kopin the second sheet with the money.  Checks or cash are acceptable.  Make sure everything is written legibly.
