Spelling Time is fun way to teach spelling and create good study habits.

To sign on go to www.spellingtime.com and enter your member name and
password.  This is provided by your teacher.

Spelling Time is a 7 day a week program (recommended).  Each weekly lesson
follows these daily steps:

   1. Monday - Introduction to Words Lesson & Writing
   2. Tuesday - Hangman Lesson & Writing
   3. Wednesday - Word Scramble Game
   4. Thursday’s Pop Quiz
   5. Friday’s Spelling Test 
   6. Weekend Review (randomly pulling words from completed lessons)
   7. Weekend Review (randomly pulling words from completed lessons)

With each completed daily lesson the user earns points to play games as their
reward. 

Spelling Time will generate emails to parents/guardians with incorrect words
on all quizzes.  This allows parents an opportunity to help students with any
problem words, especially before spelling tests.

We find the above daily lessons really work but students can select any
lesson on any day.  For example your student might enjoy the hangman lesson
over the word scramble game, so on Wednesdays he can select the hangman
lesson via the hangman button on the Main Menu.  Although, it is recommended
students do the pop quiz on Thursdays to make sure he/she is ready for their
Friday spelling test.
