For most of my adult life I have been an educator, as a university
instructor, a religious school teacher, and a general education teacher.
I've had the opportunity to teach students from ages 3 to 50 and taught in
the areas of special education, gifted education, and everything in between.
On my journey in professional education, I have discovered two things,
learning is one of my greatest passions and my other great passion is
teaching young people. I thrive on the adventure each day in the classroom
brings, and feel honored to facilitate inquisitive young minds.
To Build Learners for Life
Today, we live in a world of rapid geo-political and technological change,
there certainly doesn't appear to be any chance of that changing in the next
few decades. It is my goal to prepare my students for this "brave new
world" by providing them with the tools they will need to be successful life
long learners.
