My name is Sandra Grani, this is my tenth year at Holy Cross School but my 11th year of teaching.
Out of college I was a substitute teacher for part of the year then worked in a
special education 3-4 grade classroom for the remainder of the year.
I received my undergraduate degree from Northeastern Illinois University. I
have recently been taking courses through Rockford College to accomplish a
Masters Degree in teaching.
I feel so fortunate to teach here at Holy Cross. I have felt such a sense of
support not only from my fellow co-workers and superiors but also from
parents.
My goal with every class I teach is................
*To make every child believe they CAN.
*To give every child a happy and safe place to come to everyday.
*To give every child self-confidence and reassurance.
*To guide them in the right direction not only academically, but morally and
religiously as well.
