In order to register for the 2010 - 2011 academic year, please complete and 
submit the first 4 forms by 12/7/09.  If you are also registering a new 
student for the 2010 - 2011 academic year, you will need to complete a new 
student registration form for the new student only.  

The registration will not be complete until the registration fee of $100.00 
per student is received in the school office.
