To register a new student for the 2010 - 2011 academic year, please complete
and submit the following 4 forms. In addition, the following items need to
be received by Holy Cross in order for this application to be processed.
Student's birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), first
communion certificate (if applicable), $100.00 registration fee per student.
Please mail registration fee and other documents to Holy Cross School 720
