Dear Parents,
Assalamu-Alaikum

Welcome to Islamic Foundation Pre-K!

My name is Nusrat Zoha and I am your child’s Pre-Kg A teacher. I have
received Bachelors in Microbiology and after that I continued onto
Montessori training.
Following the completion of my course I earned my Montessori diploma. I have
altogether experienced working with little kids for about 19 years. This
includes four years of experience at Kinder Care as a lead teacher for
classes with three and four year olds.

This is my sixth year as a lead teacher at Islamic Foundation School. I have
enjoyed working every year and have the same expectations this year,
InshAllah.
My TA (teacher assistant) is Mrs.Elghorr. We are working together from last
four years and are looking forward to a great year full of fun and
learning together.

I would like to take this opportunity to give you some basic information
about your child’s daily schedule, which includes Arabic/Quran, Islamic
Studies, Gym, Computers, library and lastly group time and project time.
Other co-curricular activities will be field trips, social days, field day,
and some other special events.

The regular drop-up time for school days is 8:00 a.m. and the pick up time
is at 3:30 p.m. sharp

The school will provide two daily healthy snacks with milk and juice.
However, your child will need to bring a lunch from home or buy Hot Lunch at
the cafeteria. Each week Check frequently for announcements, and more...

Mission For The Class

Islamic Foundation PreK Curriculum is integrated with Islamic
knowledge. The philosophy of our program highlights the value of play in the
development of young children. Experiences and activities are introduced so
children have an opportunity to make decisions and solve problems under the
guidance of the teachers.
