How can I obtain a tutor?

Your counselor can provide you with a list of students who have
signed up to act as 'peer tutors'. Simply tell your counselor
what hour you have study hall, and he/she can arrange for you to
meet with a peer tutor once a week, twice a week, or even just
once or twice to practice. These peer tutors are free of charge.

How many years of Spanish do I need to graduate?

You do not need world language credit to graduate from L-W.
However, most colleges and universities request that you have AT
LEAST two years. This may vary on your school of choice, and
what major you decide on. In any case, the more the better!
(Besides, it's FUN!)

I'm a parent with a child in Spanish. How can I help him/her study?

Your child should have an English-Spanish list of their current
vocabulary in their notebook. (If they don't they failed to
complete one of the most important homework assignments all
chapter!) Simply read the English word
to your child and have them respond in Spanish. Their knowledge
and pronunciation will impress you!
