How many books should students be reading per quarter?

Students should be reading one book per week. Fourth grade has library every 
Thursday.  Students should be checking out a new book every Thursday and be 
prepared to take an accelerated reading test on that book by the next 
Thursday.  If students do this they should be reading 10 books per quarter.
