Every Wednesday and Friday we have Fitness Days that give the students an opportunity to improve their fitness levels and reach their fitness goals. The students do a variety of fitness activities that are designed to improve their strength, agility, flexibility, and cardio endurance.
Our regular non-fitness activities are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
