We are currently in Unit 10.0, Acids & Bases. On Wednesday, April 25th, we will have a short quiz on some of the fundamental ideas we have learned so far. The quiz will deal with pH, pOH, finding the [H+] in a solution as well as the [OH-] of the solution, and using titration data to determine the concentration of an unknown acid or base. On Tuesday, April 24th, we will be doing a precise titration as we try to determine the molarity of a solution of NaOH.
An outline of Chapter 16 is due on Thursday, May 3rd.
Our test (our celebration of knowledge) will take place on Tuesday, May 8th.
