Fourth Grade Discipline Plan

Class Rules:

1. Leave the room with permission only

2.   Raise hand to talk during class

3. Respect others and their property

4. Use proper classroom behavior

5. Keep your dear teacher happy

Consquences:

1. First card-warning (it will appear on the weekly newsletter)

2. Second card-student fills out a "problem solving" worksheet

3. Third card-an after school detention is assigned

4. Fourth card-student is sent to the office and an in or out of school suspension is assigned. Parents notified
