1. Our first visit to the John Merlo Chicago Public Library will be
determined once the school year begins. If your child does not have a card
yet, we will get applications on our first visit.
2. Please remember to label your child's MCA sweatshirts and sweaters.
3. The children should be taking home a math Home Link almost every day.
Please encourage your child to work on this the best that they can. It is a
practice activity and should not be a "mastery" activity. We will have many
opportunities to practice the skills shown in the Home Links through out the
school year.
4. Please visit the Everyday Mathematics Website and log in to play math
games! If you have questions, please let me know.
