Fourth graders can expect about 40 minutes of homework each night (based on
10 minutes per grade level-see Park View Student Handbook).
In addition to homework in academic subjects, students are also expected to
read at least 25 minutes nightly to further comprehension and progress toward
their Accelerated Reader goal for each quarter.
Students fill out their assignment notebook everyday, copying down
assignments from the large version that I write on the board.
Contacting me via email is the easiest way to ask about homework and I reply
back to both email and phone within 24 hours.
