About The Teacher
We are learning our letters and sounds and are practicing writing letters. Keep practicing at home!We have begun or are continuing to read words. Welcome to PHS! My name is Shannon Anderson, and this is my seventh year as a PHS Kindergarten teacher. I graduated from Rockford College in 2003 and earned my Master's degree from National-Louis University in 2006. I have been married for 23 years and am the mother of four children ages 22, 20, 17, and 15. I enjoy running, reading, boating, the outdoors, watching football, spending time with my family, and especially teaching! I am very anxious to begin what is sure to be another year filled with tons of fun and learning. I love spending my days with your little ones, and I can't wait to meet you all!
