Consumer EconomicsThis course will give students the opportunity to become educated consumers. Experiences are supported through case studies, lab problems, and problem-solving strategies using the textbook, Excel, and the Internet. Students have ample opportunity to actively participate in current business practices through personal interviews, product pricing and comparison, marketing strategies, creation of tables and graphs, and product development.
