About The Teacher

I have been teaching at Regina since 2006.  I student taught at Ressurection 
High School on the Northside of Chicago and also taught summer classes there 
in computers.  I have a B.F.A from Northern Illinois University with and 
emphasis in Visual Communications and a Masters from Dominican University in 
Teaching.  Before going back to school for my education Masters I worked as a 
graphic designer at a small firm and I would love to continue doing freelance 
(when I get the time)!  I am so excited about working here at Regina and look 
forward to a productive and fun school year!

Art Classroom Expectations

Each class has a description and objectives outlined on the respective web 
pages but all my classes are expected to demonstrate the following:

Respectful attitude towards all others (fellow students, teachers, 
presenters, guests, etc…)

Cooperative attitude and active participation in all activities and 
discussion

Respectful use of all materials and technology to ensure safety in the 
classroom 

Appropriate behavior to ensure safety in the classroom 

Constructive and appropriate language at all times (class discussion, 
critiques, etc…)

Punctual in attendance and submission of class work

To adhere to all the policies for academic integrity and honesty as outlined 
in the Regina Handbook.
