Welcome back P.E. Leaders!!

Hope your summer went well.  Mine went too fast, and I can hardly believe we are back.  First semester leaders are in full swing.  We are getting to know the freshmen and catching up with the sophomores.  Our first unit is Group Dynamics which includes team building activities, ice breakers, fun games and activities. During week 3 the freshman will begin softball and the sophomores will start flag football. I will be ordering shirts this week so if you are a second semester leader please let me know what size and color shirt you want.  The price will be approximately $12.00. 

Please fill out the log book each day with as much detail as you can - especially when describing your cardio activities and stretches.  This will help you provide much variety and keep from repeating something too often.
