On Wednesday, December 16, we will have to cancel practice due to the reschedule of the band concert. The snow day cancelled the band's concert and the concert was moved to December 16.

On Monday night, December 7, 2009 the girls went to Grace Lutheran Church to help the poor with meals. There were over 300 families that came to the church for help and support. The girls were singing Christmas songs with the kids, clean tables, distribute food, and carry boxes of food for the families. They did all of this in 30 degree weather and they didn't complain once. It was quite a humbling experience to see so many less fortunate families receive a gift of food and be very appreciated. It was a lesson we all need to be reminded of from time to time. We are very proud of the girls and accomplishments. This event brought two squads together as one that evening!

A huge thank you to the Booster Club for getting pizza for the girls before our adventure!
