Senior Recognition
We will be having a Senior Recognition ceremony on May 22nd at 10 am in Activity Room A at CACC. Parents of Seniors are welcome to attend this celebration of success.
Parents Needed
SCLA is looking for a few parents to be active members of our PBIS team. PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) "is a proactive systems approach for creating and maintaining safe and effective learning environments in schools, and ensuring that all students have the social/emotional skills needed to ensure their success at school and beyond"( http://www.pbisillinois.org/). The PBIS team will consist of teachers, administrators, and parents. The team will meet quarterly beginning in August 2008. If you are interested in participating please contact Mrs. Bretz.
