The picture you see is me and my true love at Loch Lomond in Scotland. We
visited there for our 25th wedding anniversary. I have 2 grown children who
attended St. Agnes school and then Marian. I also recently turned 50. I am
proud to say I am a member of St. Agnes Church and last Easter made my First
Communion.
I am a graduate of Prairie State and Trinity Christian College. I have a BA in
Education with a history minor. My endorsements are in Language Arts and
Social Sciences and I have taken some Early Childhood classes. While this
alone makes me qualified to teach your child it is the ten years
experience,working with other teachers, while at St. Agnes and other schools,
that I feel makes me a better teacher.
I believe children learn in different ways so I try to teach concepts using a
variety of methods. We will not only be sitting at desks coloring and writing
but we will use manipulatives and other media to experience and learn. Please

taste of what your child learns and how it is taught in my class.
I have recently started to pursue my Master's degree in reading. Of all goes
well I will accomplish that in 2011. So keep me in your prayers.
For students to grow and learn in a Christian environment in ways that will
prepare them for future education.
