Dear St. Agnes Families:
Today is Monday, December 14, 2009.
The following things are happening this week:
Wednesday, Dec. 16th- Jeans Day $1.00
Thursday, Dec.17th - Teacher's Caroling at 9:00 to our Students
- Advent Carols - Students Report to Classrooms at 6:45
Friday, Dec. 18th - School Liturgy at 9:00 AM - Dismiss Students 11:30
**No Aftercare on Friday.
I want to wish all of my students and their families a very Merry Christmas
and a Peaceful New Year. When classes resume on January 4th, 2010 we will be
already half way through the school year...second grading period ends on
January 8th with second quarter report cards going home on the 15th! I hope
you still have visions of sugar plums....
When we return in January, we will be without Ms Wegrzyn, and she will be
missed. Being both a library teacher and gym instructor are some big shoes to
fill.
I want to ask everyone to pray for Mrs. Cannata, that she continue to gain
strength through our prayers and love.
Thank you for all of your support and kindness, I love working, teaching and
learning along side your children.
Please Note: As the weather gets colder and the icky white stuff begins to
fall, the children need to be wearing hats, gloves,boots etc...please be sure
to mark these items with a name - especially boots...you would be amazed at
how many boots look the same. Also boot-wearers need to have school shoes to
change into.
Christmas Party News: Friday, December 18th I will be handing out treats
for my class and a movie. This is my gift to my class.

PLEASE NOTE - Books may go home daily in any subject, but it is up to the
student to return the books for daily classroom use. Quizzes may also be
given at any time to check retention of materials.
