TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10
              
RELIGION-8  Both copies of your letter are due Thursday.
     Hold onto all of your prayers.
     Don't forget that you can turn in your outreach focus plan to me anytime 
you have it ready.  I must see it before you begin.
     

SPELLING-8  Complete pages 86-87.


READING-8   Get a plan for your HATCHET game.  You should be giving each 
other a little work to do each day at home.
     The Book-It minutes are optional.  
     You now have your little tree!  Have fun!                        

ENGLISH-8   Complete your connotation and denotation assignment for 
Thursday.   
     Have you checked out the Writing Center?
     Print out your grandparent poem to be used for the JR. HIGH WRITER this 
month.  They were awesome!
     Be sure to check the link on the links page to hook up to the test 
practice and games provided by your English book.

write six sentences with verb phrases.  Circle the helping verb(s).  Turn in 
on Thursday.

WRITING ENRICHMENT-6  We will work on some Red Ribbon poetry this week.    

   
ENGLISH-5   Complete the practice test for Thursday and bring to class.  Unit 
2 Test is Friday.  
   We are on Week 12 in our daily edit sentences and journal.

WRITING ENRICHMENT-5  We are putting together our first book on what scares 
us!
