May I call the teacher?

Yes, students and parents alike are welcome to give me a call.  I'll be 
happy to help with any questions or concerns you might have.  My home and school number is in 
the 3rd grade brochure that you received at the beginning of the year.

What can I bring for a snack at school?

As stated on page 10 in the handbook, only nutritious snacks are permitted.  
Fresh fruits or vegetables, canned fruit or pudding, cheese and crackers, 
pretzels,, etc - be creative!.  No candy, cookies, brownies, or anything 
ladden with sugar should be brought to school.There is an exception for 
birthdays - see question 4 below.

What can I bring for a birthday treat?

We love birthday treats!  There are 10 students in third grade this year.  
Students should bring in one treat for each classmate.  This snack must be 
store bought and should be wrapped individually.
