Before students are admitted to grades 1-8, parents must meet with the principal.  At that time, it will be necessary to submit the child’s latest report card as well as two prior years’ report cards, the results of the latest standardized tests and two prior years’ results, and any other educational materials that will help the school in placing the child.  All new students will be accepted conditionally for one school year.

IMMUNIZATION AND PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS:  All children entering Kindergarten and fifth grade are required by state law to present a record of physical and dental fitness.  The Kindergarten examination will suffice for the requirements in first grade.  These medical records must be on file in the school office by the opening of school.  If records are not on file by October 15th, by state law students are excluded from school until such time as the forms are returned.  Preschoolers are also required to have a physical exam.
