I have been teaching in the Joliet Diocese for 28 years-having taught almost
every subject God has created. This is my 16th year at St. Mary's. When we
went to Middle School concept 7 years ago, my main curriculum subject area
has been religion.
I love teaching about our God because it challenges me daily to bring Him to
life to our children.
It is my hope that in teaching the students about their God, they will
become closer to Him through knowledge, service, and personal, spiritual
development. Through prayer, sacraments, and the Holy Sacrifice of the
Mass, my prayer is that they feel God's everlasting presence and love. By
acting out their faith, they each become Christian witnesses to each other
through Jesus.
