Please celebrate our St. Francis of Asissi All School Mass on Tuesday, October 6, 2009. The 4th grade students will process in with their animal/insect creations, sing The Canticle of the Sun to honor St. Francis on his feast day. Please join us at Mass at 8:30 a.m. and at 2:45 p.m. for the pet blessing. Thank you.

Whenever possible, please read the Bible with your children. We start the year with readings from Genesis. Our science studies are linked to our Catholic Religion lessons. We'll read Genesis 1:1-31 that the astronauts read in 1968 during their lunar orbit on Christmas Eve. It's vital to reinforce a faith based education with shared learning at home with family. You are essential to your child's success. Thank you for helping me in assuring your child's success.
