Homework Room: If you need extra help with your homework you can attend the Homework Help Room, computers are available if needed. This help is being offered in Room 200-Library Monday through Thursday from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Eshoo in the Library.


 Uniform Policy: Remember, when in the building, students are to wear their official Steinmetz shirts. Hoodies, jackets and hats or headscarves are not to be worn in the building at any time. Colored pants or pants with designs on them are not acceptable. Only a black, white and gray shirt can be worn under your uniform shirt. No other colors are acceptable. NO HOODIES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOMS. Uniform shirts must be on and all outerwear off prior to going through the metal detectors.


 

Lunch Applications: All completed student lunch applications must be returned immediately. It is imperative that all students return their applications even if you are not planning to eat in the lunchroom as this determines discretionary funds for next September. Effective immediately, by turning in a free lunch form, your name will be entered in a drawing for a free movie ticket. Get your lunch form in right away and win! If you have not turned in your lunch form and need a blank one, get it from the main office and return it completed with parent’s signature and social security information by next Monday so you can win a ticket.



Cell Phone Policy: In accordance with CPS policies, students are prohibited from openly carrying, displaying, or activating cell phones. Students are also prohibited from carrying, displaying, or operating electronic devices such as Ipods, digital cameras, and other such devices. Cellular phones and electronic devices will be confiscated and sent to room 118. Parents will be required to pick them up.
