Are meetings open to the public?

Absolutely. Parents, teachers, students and community members are all
encouraged to attend LSC meetings. There is even a period of time near the
end of each meeting for Public Participation. After signing up at the
beginning of meeting, anyone attending the meeting has two minutes in which
they can voice their concerns.
