<p>My education philosophy must culminate everything positive about my personal growth and experiences in order for me to be authentic and committed to its implementation. I believe that a persons life experiences impacts the way they view the world and effects the decisions they make. As an educator I must continue to reflect on my experiences and understand how the life that I have led impacts my decisions. We are all coming from a perspective, as such; I must share my perspective with my students so that they understand why I make certain decisions and so that they can help keep me balanced from my own point of view. The purpose of education is to open minds and inspire possibilities at its greatest and to enable societal functioning at the least.</p>
